Southern Indiana Physicians for Women, P.C. participates in most major health insurance plans. Our staff will make every effort to facilitate the insurance claims process.

When registering at our office, you will be asked to provide information about your health insurance. In most cases we will file a claim to your insurance on your behalf. If we are contracted with your plan, we will do the appropriate follow up on your claim.

We request and appreciate payment at the time of service for the portion of the fee for which you are responsible (e.g., co-pays, deductibles or the entire fee). Statements are mailed monthly. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards and personal checks for your convenience.

As necessary, you will need to inform our staff of any changes to your address or insurance information.
